HOUSTON (DTN) -- Zenergy International Inc. has secured enough feedstock to continue its biofuel operations in Littlefield, Texas, the company announced in a news release.

The amount of feedstock will be sufficient to fuel production for many years and will support the company's anticipated expansions, the release states.
The feedstock Zenergy acquired will also allow the company to restart the Greenlight Biofuel unit, commence production and distribute product to the company's customer base again.
Zenergy expects to reach its goal of full-scale production by the second quarter of 2010.
The feedstock was acquired for a low-cost, the release states.
"We have surpassed even our own expectation in the value of this transaction," said Robert Luiten, founder and chairman.
Zenergy is a global biofuel solutions provider that operates fuel-grade biodiesel and ethanol plants while focusing on minimizing overall environmental impact.
